If your links expire before you are able to download your files, please contact support@hugothack.com. We will reissue links at our discretion for legitimate requests.

We maintain comprehensive records of every transaction, including purchase timestamps, delivery confirmations, download logs (IP address, device, browser, date/time), and the specific download links provided to you. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we will submit this evidence package directly to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks — where access to the product has been confirmed — will be contested vigorously and may be reported to fraud-prevention services.
All content, including but not limited to text, design, and artwork in the digital products, is the exclusive property of Hugo Thack / Inverso Outlets LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
