Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@hugothack.com to request removal at any time. We will delete your information promptly.

Data Storage

Your email address is stored securely and retained only for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your data is deleted.

Purchase Data

When you purchase a digital product, we collect and store:

• Your email address (for delivery and order communication)
• Transaction records from our payment processor (Stripe) including payment amount and date
• Download activity logs (timestamps, file accessed) for delivery verification and fraud prevention

We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details — these are handled securely by Stripe. For cryptocurrency (ETH) payments, we record the transaction hash and wallet address for accounting and delivery verification purposes only.

Purchase data is retained for the duration required by applicable tax and business record-keeping laws (typically 7 years).

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Amazon KDP — book distribution (for Amazon purchases only)

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this website.

AI Tools

We use AI tools in content creation and promotion. These tools do not collect, process, or store your personal data. Our AI-assisted social media accounts operate under the same privacy standards described in this policy.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. No third-party trackers are embedded on this site.
